Val'd'Orcia, Unesco World Heritage Site

The Tavoleto is located at a distance of 15 /20 minutes from Bagno Vignoni, among the hills of the Val d'Orcia. It can be reached by taking the unpaved road from Castiglione d'Orcia to Campiglia d'Orcia, or by driving along the Cassia in the direction of Gallina.

From the north:

- VIA CASSIA (S.S. 2)A1 highway southbound (towards Rome), exit Firenze Certosa.

From Florence to Siena (60 km.): Supestrada Firenze-Siena, entrance on the road after exiting the A1 highway.br> Take the Firenze-Siena superhighway to the Siena Sud exit (last exit southbound on Siena's western ring road). Follow the signs for Rome (S.S.2 Cassia) or to Buonconvento, S.Quirico d'Orcia.br> From Siena to Tavoleto (60 Km): to reach Tavoleto from Siena it is necessary to take the S.S 2 Cassia southbound (direction Rome). br> Once you get on the Cassia you will find in order: Isola d'Arbia, Monteroni d'Arbia, Buonconvento, Torrenieri, S.Quirico d'Orcia, Bagno Vignoni and Gallina.br> After Gallina, about 3 Km. turn right on the S.P.113 direction Campiglia d'Orcia; continue for 3 Km. turn right and drive along the white road for 1.4 Km.-VIA AUTOSTRADA A1

From Florence to Loc. Tavoleto:

A1 highway heading south (towards Rome). Exit Chiusi-Chianciano Terme.

Head towards Chianciano Terme, cross it and continue on the provincial road S.P.40 towards S.S.2 Cassia for about 15 Km;turn right in the direction of Siena, after 0.5 km. turn left onto S.P.113 in the direction of Campiglia d'Orcia; continue for 3 km., turn right and drive along the dirt road for 1.4 km.

From the South:

-VIA HIGHWAY A1

From Rome to Loc. Tavoleto:

A1 highway heading north (towards Florence).

Exit Chiusi-Chianciano Terme.

Head towards Chianciano Terme, cross it and continue on the provincial road S.P.40 towards S.S.2 Cassia for about 15 Km;

turn right towards Siena, after 0.5 km. turn left onto the S.P.113 towards Campiglia d'Orcia;continue for 3 Km., turn right and drive along the white road for 1.4 Km.
